4. Order Placement Procedure, Pricing, and Exchange

After placing the order, the Buyer will receive confirmation regarding the order and product availability or information about the estimated delivery date if the product is unavailable. The Administration reserves the right to change delivery times with prior notice to the User. 4.5. The Visitor (Buyer) agrees that the price, assortment, and quantity of goods added to the “cart” are valid only at the time the cart is created and may change if the purchase is not completed by clicking the “Checkout” or “Buy” button. 4.6. The Visitor (Buyer) agrees that purchased Goods are not subject to exchange or return in the following cases: 4.6.1. More than 14 calendar days have passed since the purchase of the Goods; 4.6.2. Fewer than 14 calendar days have passed since the purchase, but the Goods have been used, the packaging integrity and/or completeness has been violated, tags/labels are missing, etc. The Goods belong to the list of goods not subject to return or exchange in accordance with Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 (as amended). 4.6.3. The Visitor (Buyer) refuses to provide photo or video evidence of allegedly defective or faulty Goods. 4.7. By this Agreement, the User (Buyer) confirms their understanding that only new Goods that have not been used and show no signs of use (scratches, chips, etc.) may be exchanged or returned. The complete set, packaging integrity, labels, factory markings, and the original proof of purchase must be preserved. Violation of any of these conditions gives the Administration the right to refuse exchange or return. 4.8. When ordering Goods on the Website, the User (Buyer) agrees to receive information about the production date and shelf life in the format provided by the manufacturer, including through batch codes or other markings. 4.9. When ordering Goods on the Website, the User (Buyer) agrees to combine orders placed for the same recipient into one package and receive them in one shipment. The User (Buyer) will be informed about such combination via e-mail. 4.10. In case of refusal of the Goods by the Visitor (Buyer), the Administration returns the amount paid by the Buyer, excluding the Seller’s delivery expenses for the returned Goods.

5. Limitation of Liability of the Administration
